I understand you are unable to eTransmit to a ZIP file.
I had this exact problem with another customer. They found there was a older copy of the Dzip32.dll on the system that was being used.
The correct version (5.0.0.5) and location should be at C:\Program files\AutoCAD MEP 2009\DZIP32.DLL.
They found an older one here: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Dzip32.dll
You may want to search the hard drive for Dzip32.dll and either rename or delete any Dzip32.dll files you find that are not located in the MEP 2009 folder.
