Applying Service Packs / Updates

I am working on this issue.  In the mean time please check to see if your Software is up to date:
Go to <Help> <About> <Product Info> <Service Packs> to determine.
Or…
You can go to <Start> <Control Panel> <Add/Remove Programs> <check the Updates checkbox> <look at your product  in the listing>

If you determine your software isn’t up to date, the instructions for making it so are provided below.

1) Download SP to your hard drive
2) Disable Anti-Virus
3) Close all open programs
4) Insert Product Install Disk into Disk Drive
a) When install page loads go ahead and close it down
b) We only need the presence of the disk in the disk drive
5) Double click on SP ( it self installs)
