Revit 2011 products hang at or before splash screen
I have updated the following tech source document for 2010 products to inlcude 2011, based on successful customer experience.

Issue
When you launch a Revit® 2011 product it hangs at or before the splash screen.
Solution
This can occur because of a conflict with a Communication Center file. Delete the following file, if present on the workstation at the following location:
Windows XP
